The battery charger comprises of a torroidal wound transformer with tappings, rectifier and condenser for smoothening the DC output. The output is brought out on the terminals through tappings on the set of brass blocks. The desired output, indicated by the voltmeter, can be selected by inserting the plug in the appropriate slot, in the range of 90 - 125 V DC.
